Requirements

Hardware / Software

To connect the DC3500 fire alarm control panel to the MOSES SAZ02 voice alarm system, an Ethernet interface and a separate user license is required for each system (FACP + VA/PA).

This function is supported by the DC3500 fire alarm control panel with 7” touch color display and the FACP operating system software from version V5.0.4.

via the voice alarm system

At the fire alarm control panel, which is connected directly to the MOSES system via the Ethernet connection, the detection zones from the entire fire network, including the associated additional texts, are summarised.

The relevant information from the fire alarm system is saved in a file and then imported into the simaxCONFIG programming software.

This means that, among other things, controls in the MOSES network can be activated easily and clearly. One example of this is the individual evacuation announcements of the voice alarm system in certain buildings or floors. Detection zones and customer texts of the fire alarm system are then available to the MOSES SAZ 02 via the imported file in the simaxCONFIG software and can be configured there.

Software Interface

File exchange via the easy export/import function.

The detection zones and customer data texts are read out from the fire alarm control panel in the DPT programming software and exported in the required JSON file format.

This JSON file can be read into the simaxCONFIG software and the necessary assignment/configuration can then be configured.
