7Systems GmbH

BMAcloud, Wartungsbox, 7alert

7systems GmbH offers a range of products, including digital single-person servicing solutions for fire alarm systems and smart app-based alert systems for smartphones, tablets and desktop devices. Its BMAcloud software supports digital servicing and commissioning for various alarm systems, notably fire alarm systems.

With BMAcloud, users can streamline all the servicing procedures for their fire alarm systems (and other alarm systems), including automating the test schedule and producing digital servicing documentation in line with DIN 14675. pUnder DIN 14675, fire alarm systems should usually be serviced by two people; the first tests the alarm while the second monitors the fire alarm control panel (FACP) to see when the alarm is triggered. BMAcloud provides a single-person solution. The role of the second technician is replaced by the software, which monitors the FACP and alerts the technician conducting the test directly via their smartphone or tablet when the alarm is triggered.

Logo luuta GmbH

luuta GmbH

The luutaAPP offers users a hands-free solution that alerts them to the latest events from their fire alarm systems using spoken notifications. All users need to do is select the relevant project and, from then on, they will receive an immediate voice notification each time a new event occurs. They can also customise their filter settings to ensure they receive exactly the information they need to support their servicing/inspection activities. The smartphone display does not need to be active to receive notifications. Users simply need to have their device close at hand, e.g. in their pocket, and if necessary have their earphones plugged in. Additional information about different zones and detectors is clearly displayed in the events table and therefore easily monitored in the app. There is also a permanent link within each notification that takes users directly back to the events table for the active project.

The luutaAPP also offers troubleshooting support in the event of faults. If additional information is available about a particular fault, users can simply tap on the fault event to view the cause and tips for resolving it.

In addition, the luutaAPP supports n-person revision. When users tap on an alarm event to acknowledge it, a notification is immediately sent to their colleagues informing them of the situation.

Finally, the luutaAPP offers users remote support options, enabling them to respond immediately to event notifications from their fire alarm systems. They can also adjust their push notification settings in luutaNET to specify the types of event notifications they wish to receive.
